Transporter Quick Start Guide

Important steps to complete before you may submit a trip ticket:
  1. Select the locations where you will be collecting and hauling waste from the Water Supplier Management button or menu.
  2. Create a list of additional transporter employees of this company in the My Account > Sub Account Management menu.
  3. Enter the company's registration number and insurance policy in the My Account > Registration & Insurance Policies menu. Be sure to have your insurance agent email a copy of your insurance certificate to insurance@vepollc.com for verification.
  4. Register your transporter vehicle(s) in the My Account > Vehicle Management menu.
  5. Select the locations where waste will be delivered from the My Account > Disposal Site Management menu.

Account Overview

This is the main page viewed everytime you log into your account. The Account Overview is a control panel that keeps you up to date on everything that is going on in your account.

The My Account Menu
Account Contact Information: Edit the contact information for your company.
Account Balance Management: View and add funds to your current account balance.
Sub Account Management: Create sub accounts for any additional transporters employed by the company.
Registration & Insurance Policies: Add the company's TCEQ registration number along with your insurance policy information.
Transporter Vehicle Management:   Add and register your transporter vehicle(s).
Disposal Site Management:   Manage the disposal site(s) that you want available for selection on the trip ticket submission form.
Payment Receipts: Searchable history of any trip tickets submitted under this account.
The Transporter Management Menu
Search Trip Ticket History: Searchable list of all trip tickets in the system.
Submit a Trip Ticket: Submit a trip ticket for any property whether it is a brand new location or a property with previous history in the system.
To submit a trip ticket:
  1. Within your account, click on Submit a Trip Ticket in the Transporter Management menu.
  2. Search to see if a previous trip ticket for the property already exists within the system.
  3. If a trip ticket already exists within the system, click on the Submit a Trip Ticket for this Property button to the right of the trip ticket information to submit a new trip ticket for the existing property.
  4. If a trip ticket is not found within the system, click on the Submit a Trip Ticket for a Property with No Previous History button to begin a new trip ticket for the property.
  5. Enter the trip ticket information and submit the trip ticket into the system.
The Water Supplier Management Menu

List of water suppliers participating in the online FOG Management System. You can select any water supplier participating in the program and review the insurance requirement of each participating water supplier.

The Checkout Menu

This page lists all of the trip tickets that have been entered and are awaiting payment.

This page provides assistance on getting started and entering trip tickets. You can access this page at anytime from within your account.
